Who Is Tiffany
Hello, my name is Tiffany and I am the founder of Prajna. I wanted to share a little about myself so I am not a stranger to everyone. I began my life coaching business because I love helping others but most of all I love seeing individuals grow and and see the light in their eyes when they start to become proud of their accomplishments and recognizing their self growth. I have always been one to help others and have always been the "go to" person whenever anyone needed anything. I have been working with individuals for 5 plus years in the Substance Abuse and Mental Health fields. I began this journey after struggling through my own drug and alcohol addiction, mental health struggles, loss, homelessness, and to many other life struggles to list that started when I was 12 years old. While going through my struggles I had very little help from very few people, not to mention it was hard for me to ask for help, mainly due to shame and well, ok stubbornness. Through all of this I was a single mother trying to keep life as normal as possible for my son (this did not happen). Due to my choices in life my son suffered, has attempted suicide, and still struggles daily with his mental health but gets better every day while he learns how to manage it. I fought my way through all of this, it was not easy by all means but I knew I had to keep fighting. When I realized getting through these struggles was actually possible, I wanted to help other individuals who were lost and going through the same experiences I had been through. This is when I began my career in Behavioral Health at an entry level position and eventually climbed my way to the top and continue to flourish. Today I have a great relationship with my adult son, a great relationship with my parents, a life coaching business that I have thought about for years, great experiences and growth in my professional life, and engaged to a wonderful man whom I never thought I would meet. I am not sharing this for sympathy or to brag about what I have accomplished, even though I am definitely proud of myself, I am sharing this to let everyone know that progress, growth, peace, accomplishments, and serenity are possible no matter what you may be going through. Feel free to comment or ask questions below. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. -Tiffany-
